Dear Vladimir:

I have been thinking about you and your family a lot over the past couple of weeks.
I know this has not been an easy process. We are now in a position to move forward,
and while we still have obstacles to overcome, I am excited to get going.

When I first met you at the Starbucks in Kamloops, I thought you were either courageous or crazy to attempt this project in Merritt, and I still don't know which one it is yet. We still, after all issues, genuinely like you. You have some great marketing ideas and no one believes in this project as much as you.

I do not believe it is a coincidence that we are finally moving forward at Christmas. I look at this project as a gift. It is a gift that will make a real difference in everyone's life that has been involved in this project.
