Sustainable Buildings Fund
I personally know most of the people there - they are great.
Their direction is future. Their approach is very solid. The
niche of boutique real estate development with state-of the
art, but proven technology, is under-explored and presents
tremendous opportunity. As investment, the Fund makes
a lot of sense. With its low entry point, flexibility to add on
a regular basis, RRSP eligibility and guaranteed minimum
12% return, with the performance bonus making it likely
much more, it would be a very good complement to any-
one's investment portfolio.
